  20. BCS ZITEL, a user group of the Boston Computer Society.  We support
  21. the MS-DOS and CP/M operating systems and combine the former Kaypro,
  22. Osborne, Morrow, and CP/M user groups.  Material published herein

  35. ZITEL operates an electronic bulletin board, using PCBoard software,
  36. with three phone lines and 350 megabytes of MS-DOS and CP/M software.
  37. It is free and open to all callers, but members receive extended
  38. privileges.  The board operates 24 hours, 300-24,000 bps, 8/N/1.

  41. Model VFX V.32bis modem for operation up to 14,400 bps.  
  42.    If busy, the call will hunt automatically to the second number,
  43. 617-965-7785, with a Zoom V.FAST modem for operation up to 24,000
  44. bps.  
  45.    A third number, 617-965-7259, will reach a US Robotics Courier HST
  46. modem, for operation up to 9600 bps with HST protocol, or 2400 bps
  47. with MNP5 error correction and compression.

  49. The ZITEL BBS is also host to a special Writers Conference sponsored
  50. by the Boston Local of the National Writers Union.  Access is free to
  51. all NWU members, but they must leave a message to the Sysop
  52. requesting validation first.
